Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch operations of finished goods from the manufacturing unit to clients. The role ensures timely, accurate, and efficient dispatch of products, proper documentation, and coordination with production, sales, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with the production and sales departments for dispatch readiness and order priority.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and delivery challans.

• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and quantity verification before dispatch.

• Liaise with transporters and courier services for vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.

• Maintain dispatch records in Google Sheets / ERP / Excel for daily tracking.

• Monitor and report transit status, delivery confirmation, and any issues like delays or damages.

• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and safety policies.

• Support inventory control by updating stock-out and stock balance data.

• Coordinate return shipments or rejected material handling if required.
