Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to oversee day-to-day dispatch activities and maintain accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure correct material dispatch as per invoices, manage returned materials, and keep thorough records of stock and factory expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure correct materials are dispatched as per invoices and order details.

• Verify and inspect returned goods for quality issues and record discrepancies.

• Conduct random checks of stock to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate with the Head Office (HO) by sending timely and accurate email updates.

• Maintain dispatch and return records properly for audit and reference.

• Keep track of all factory-related expenses and submit detailed reports regularly.

• Liaise with transporters and warehouse staff for smooth dispatch operations.

• Assist in maintaining minimum stock levels and inventory control.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
