Full Time
Plan, schedule, and execute daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery timelines.
Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, e‑way bills, packing lists, and LR copies.
Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and drivers for vehicle placement and dispatch.
Ensure correct packaging, labelling, and loading of materials.
Track dispatched shipments and follow up to ensure on‑time delivery.
Handle dispatch-related queries from sales, accounts, and customers.
Maintain dispatch registers, transporter records, and delivery acknowledgements.
Ensure compliance with GST, e‑way bill, and statutory dispatch requirements.
Report shortages, damages, or dispatch discrepancies immediately.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for material readiness.
Support inventory accuracy by updating ERP / system entries related to dispatch.
