Job Description

  • Manage daily dispatch activities.

  • Check and prepare orders for dispatch.

  • Ensure goods are loaded correctly and safely.

  • Check invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.

  • Track vehicles and delivery status.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and other departments.

  • Handle dispatch delays, shortages or damages.

  • Maintain daily dispatch records and reports.

  • Manage and guide the dispatch team.

  • Ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
