Job Description

Apex Beverages is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Incharge to oversee and manage the entire dispatch process. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of deliveries, supervise warehouse operations, and maintain timely and accurate customer service.

🔧 Roles and Responsibilities

✅ Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers

✅ Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and scheduling

✅ Supervise warehouse staff for efficient inventory and stock control

✅ Monitor vehicle movement to meet delivery deadlines

✅ Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation of all dispatch activities

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any specialization

🆕 0–2 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (Freshers welcome)

💬 Excellent communication and coordination skills

🧠 Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

💻 Proficient in dispatch-related tools and systems

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Demonstrated leadership skills and team management capability
