Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day dispatch operations of finished electronic products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the warehouse, production, sales, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, loading, and dispatch of finished goods.
Ensure the correct quantity, product, and specifications are dispatched as per customer orders.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Maintain daily dispatch records, stock movement, and shipment details.
Track dispatched shipments and coordinate with transporters regarding delivery status.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores, and Accounts teams regarding dispatch requirements.
Handle documentation related to returns, replacements, and damaged materials, when required.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of electronic products before dispatch.
Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all dispatch-related records.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines during loading and dispatch activities.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Basic knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill, invoices, and delivery challans.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
Experience in an electronics/manufacturing company will be preferred.
