Dispatch Executive

Job Title: Shipping & Dispatch Executive – Online Retail Export Orders
About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Shipping & Dispatch Executive to handle export orders from our online stores — Amazon (FBA + FBM), Shopify, Etsy, and our own website.

You will be responsible for managing daily shipment operations — from checking new orders to dispatching and completing export documentation
Key Responsibilities:

• Check daily orders received on all online portals (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, Website).

• Review buyer messages and note any customization or special request.

• Prepare shipment plans for Amazon FBA and other platforms.

• Generate and attach shipping labels & invoices.

• Coordinate with courier partners and freight forwarders for timely dispatch.

• Handle export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, shipping bill etc.).

• Upload tracking numbers and update order status on all online portals.

• Maintain shipment records and ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of online e-commerce portals (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy).

• Understanding of shipping processes (DHL, FedEx, Xindus).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic Excel & computer knowledge.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Education:

Graduate / Any Diploma (Commerce or Export background preferred but not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
