Job Description

  • Enter daily warehouse transactions accurately into the system/software.

  • Record stock inward, stock outward, transfer in, and transfer out transactions.

  • Update inventory records and maintain proper stock documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain GRN, delivery challan, invoices, and other warehouse documents.

  • Verify physical stock details with system records.

  • Check product codes, quantities, invoices, and other transaction details before entry.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock updates and discrepancies.

  • Maintain records of damaged, missing, returned, and exchanged products.

  • Prepare daily/weekly stock and transaction reports.

  • Ensure all data is entered on time and without errors.

  • Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.

  • Report stock mismatches or data errors to the Warehouse Manager.

  • Support stock audits and inventory verification.

  • Perform other data-entry and warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
