We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team at at Aimplus. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹32000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Customer Service team.
Monitor daily customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
Ensure timely response to emails, calls, and customer requests.
Develop and implement customer service processes and SOPs.
Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth shipment execution.
Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Train and mentor customer service executives.
Qualifications
Graduate or Bachelor's Degree.
5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and logistics operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
