Key Responsibilities: Customer Account & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touch-points. Cold Chain Execution Coordination: Oversee the full life-cycle of cold chain logistics—from sourcing to final delivery—ensuring temperature integrity, timely execution, and operational excellence. Finance Collections & Dispute Resolution: Manage receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
