Counter Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing excellent customer service.

• Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the department.

• Ensuring overall satisfaction of our customers by creating a positive and welcoming environment.

• Providing excellence service, quality product and professional packaging with trained customer service executives without error.

• Ensuring overall satisfaction of our customers by creating a positive and welcoming environment.

• Involve overseeing and managing the packaging process to ensure products are packaged correctly.

• Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the product name and category.

• Ensuring all packaging materials and processes meet quality standards and used to minimize waste. 

• Providing excellence service, quality products and professional packaging without error.

• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Accurately update customer information, stock report and sales record in system/software.

• Stay cool-tempered and handle customer grievances or rejections professionally to preserve the company's reputation and find solutions.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
