Computer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computers and software systems to perform data entry, documentation, and daily tasks.

• Prepare and manage customer billing/invoices accurately using accounting or billing software.

• Create and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and other operational reports.

• Maintain and update company databases, records, and logs.

• Handle document printing, scanning, and file management.

• Assist in maintaining stock records, dispatch entries, and inward/outward data.

• Coordinate with team members and departments to collect or provide data as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Applications or related field preferred.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).

• Experience in billing software like Tally, Busy, or any ERP (preferred but not mandatory).

• Fast and accurate data entry skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, and office hardware.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
