Computer Operator

• Data entry and management: Input and update data into WMS and other systems, such as inventory levels, order details, and shipment information.

• Data quality and accuracy: Verify and cross-check data for errors, discrepancies, and consistency, ensuring data integrity.

• System monitoring: Monitor system performance, track inventory, and ensure the accuracy of all logs and records.

• Reporting: Generate and retrieve reports for audits, management, and operational needs.

• Order processing: Validate and process orders through the system, which may involve approving them and uploading invoices.

• Troubleshooting: Provide basic technical support for warehouse hardware like scanners, printers, and computers. Troubleshoot and resolve system and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of all IT-related processes, hardware, and software configurations.

• Backup and security: Perform regular data backups and ensure adherence to security protocols.
