₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (₹3.0 – ₹3.6 LPA) + Incentives ₹20,000 Per (Performance Based)

About Us:

Club Malwa Pvt. Ltd. is a growing player in U.S.-based logistics operations. We are currently seeking a Safety and Compliance Executive to join our team and ensure our logistics processes comply with all U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with DOT(Department of Transportation), FMCSA(Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and other U.S. logistics safety regulations.

• Monitor driver logs, Hours of Service (HOS), and vehicle inspection reports.

• Conduct regular audits on fleet documentation and driver performance.

• Manage incident and accident reports, assisting in root cause analysis and follow-up actions.

• Train logistics staff on safety practices and compliance protocols.

• Maintain proper documentation for inspections and audits.

• Coordinate with U.S.-based dispatchers and safety teams during night shifts.

• Track and report compliance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in safety and compliance, preferably in U.S. logistics or transportation.

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA(Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration), DOT(Department of Transportation) regulations, and logistics safety standards.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night shifts.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and fleet management software is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any field (mandatory).
