Compliance Executive

We are hiring Safety and Compliance Executive at Club Malwa Pvt Ltd for Mohali Location.

Club Malwa Pvt. Ltd., a growing player in USA-based logistics operations, is seeking a Safety and Compliance Executive to monitor, manage, and enforce safety regulations and compliance standards across our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations adhere to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other U.S. logistics safety regulations.

• Conduct regular audits on fleet documentation and driver performance.
  
  

• Manage incident and accident reports, and assist in root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
  
  

• Train logistics staff on safety practices and compliance protocols.
  
  

• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for inspections and audits.
  
  

• Coordinate with U.S.-based dispatchers and safety teams during night shifts.
  
  

• Track and report compliance metrics to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in safety and compliance, preferably in U.S. logistics or transportation.
  
  

• Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT regulations, and logistics safety standards is a must.
  
  

• Good communication and documentation skills (English proficiency required).
  
  

• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities during the night shift.
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  

• Proficiency with MS Office and fleet management software is a plus.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any field.
