Commercial Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Executive – Warehouse Operations to support commercial, administrative, customer support, and logistics activities at the warehouse. The role involves coordination with internal teams, customers, transporters, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day commercial and administrative activities related to warehouse operations.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding orders, dispatches, deliveries, and documentation.

• Support logistics and transportation coordination.

• Maintain records of dispatches, receipts, invoices, delivery documents, and other commercial documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams for material movement and timely dispatch.

• Follow up with transporters and logistics partners for delivery status.

• Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and other operational documentation.

• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

• Ensure proper documentation and data entry in internal systems.

• Coordinate with finance, sales, warehouse, and logistics teams as required.

• Support day-to-day activities to ensure smooth commercial and warehouse operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and documentation.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of commercial and logistics processes.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment.
