We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Claim Executive to manage shipment-related claims and ensure smooth resolution of issues such as lost shipments, damages, shortages, RTO disputes, and delivery-related discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process logistics claims (loss, damage, shortage, delay)
Verify documents like POD, invoices, and LR copies
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and clients for claim resolution
Follow up with insurers (if applicable) for settlements
Maintain claim records and prepare MIS reports
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
1 years of experience in logistics/claims
Basic knowledge of logistics operations and documentation
Good communication and MS Excel skills
