Civil draughtsman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by managing site operations, supervising teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Study project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project requirements

- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment

- Site Operations:

- Supervise site activities, including excavation, construction, and installation of utilities

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

- Manage site logistics, including material delivery, storage, and waste management

- Team Management:

- Lead and motivate site teams, including laborers, foremen, and subcontractors

- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members meet project requirements

- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

- Quality Control and Assurance:

- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities

- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, issues, and recommendations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence
