City Manager

We are looking for a City Manager to join our team at at Flipkart Internet Private Limited. City Manager role involves leading local operations, managing field teams (supervisors, delivery staff), ensuring high customer satisfaction, driving market growth, and handling logistics like order processing, inventory, and returns, focusing heavily on operational efficiency and team performance within their assigned city or region.The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee warehouse/storage, packing, dispatch, inventory tracking, and ensuring quality checks.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor field staff and supervisors, resolving escalated customer problems.

• Market & Sales: Develop market penetration, onboard merchants, and implement local promotional strategies.

• Customer Experience: Focus on improving processes for better speed, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Supply Chain: Manage hyperlocal supply chain reliability, coordinate product exchanges, and handle returns.

• Reporting & Strategy: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report on performance, and collaborate with Product/Tech teams. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
