1. Clinic Operations Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic
Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and waiting time
Maintain hygiene, safety, and clinic ambience as per standards
Ensure all machines (laser, skin equipment) are functioning and serviced on time
2. Revenue & Sales Management
Achieve monthly revenue targets (consultation + treatment packages)
Guide front office team in converting walk-ins and leads into clients
Promote high-value treatments (laser, advanced skin procedures, hair packages)
Track daily sales reports, collections, and outstanding payments
3. Patient Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure excellent patient service from entry to exit
Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery
Monitor patient feedback and improve satisfaction levels
Build long-term relationships to increase repeat visits and referrals
4. Team Management
Supervise front office, therapists, and support staff
Prepare duty rosters and leave management
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Ensure staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to SOPs
Train staff on sales pitch, communication, and service standards
5. Clinical Coordination
Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients
Ensure treatment protocols are followed properly
Monitor patient records, before-after documentation, and consent forms
Ensure proper handling of consumables and medical inventory
6. Financial & MIS Reporting
Verify daily billing, cash/card/UPI reconciliation alongwith Accounts dept.
Advance and Due of all 3 clinics (Paitients and Staffs)to be monitored periodically
7. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure clinic follows all regulatory and safety guidelines
Maintain proper documentation (patient records, invoices, licenses)
Ensure biomedical waste disposal norms are followed
8. Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs such as:
Daily footfall
Conversion rate
Average billing value
Package sales
Patient retention
