Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily center operations and customer experience

Drive sales and achieve targets for EV battery products & services

Handle customer onboarding, relationships, and service coordination

Collect and act on customer reviews and feedback

Monitor local market trends and competitor activity

Oversee inventory of EV batteries and accessories

Ensure timely collections and process adherence
