Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the center and ensure smooth operations.

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage the center’s budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance.

• Design and coordinate educational programs to meet quality standards.

• Handle student, parent, and client relations, addressing concerns promptly.

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to boost enrollment.

• Maintain quality assurance and operational excellence.

• Monitor performance metrics and report to senior management.

• Engage with the local community and institutions for collaborations and partnerships.

• Work towards achieving enrollment, revenue, and performance targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in education center management, admissions, or business development.

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Knowledge of education industry practices and admission processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
