Center Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Head to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our center. The Center Head will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, maintaining parent relationships, and driving the overall growth and success of the center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the center.

  • Maintain infrastructure, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure timely reporting and adherence to company protocols.

• Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the center staff.

  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to maintain service quality.

  • Schedule and monitor staff shifts and attendance.

• Customer Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents and resolve concerns promptly.

  • Conduct regular parent meetings and feedback sessions.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong parent relationships.

• Admissions & Enrollments:

  • Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and admissions.

  • Promote the center to drive new enrollments and meet occupancy targets.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.

• Financial Management:

  • Monitor center budgets, collections, and expenditures.

  • Ensure timely fee collection and maintain financial records.

  • Prepare and present monthly reports to management.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, health & safety norms.

  • Maintain necessary licenses, records, and documentation.

  • Conduct internal audits and quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Education/Management preferred)

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the education or childcare sector

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and basic management software

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
