Business Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Hawk's eye on end to end operations through continuous monitoring.

• Website management for inventory updates & Liquidation city wise.

• Centralised procurement for inventory.

• Breach reporting and update on recovery actions taken.

• Monitor and share daily logistics performance across location.

• Ensure leverage for inventory is followed and also restocking is done.

• Daily reconciliation of inventory.

• Weekly & Daily inventory reports and along with past sales performance.

• Shrinkage counts to be maintained and also to be checked before shrunk.

• Innovate some ideas for reverse logistics of cartons being sent for reuse.

• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both customers and company

• Sales projection with past data analysis & Shrinkage.
