Core Responsibilities
Passenger Onboarding & Assistance: Own the entire boarding lifecycle at the assigned lounge or pickup point. Welcome passengers, verify digital tickets/KYC, manage luggage allocation, and guide passengers to their respective seats or private cabins.
Operational Readiness & Quality Auditing: Conduct strict pre-boarding vehicle inspections using the official IntrCity Crew App. Fill out the daily checklist to guarantee promised amenities—such as standard cleanliness, clean blankets, functional attached toilets, sealed mineral water, GPS tracking, and functioning CCTV cameras—are in perfect order.
Real-Time Passenger Communication: Monitor the roster for missing or delayed passengers. Actively call and guide late travelers to the exact boarding point to maintain strict timeline schedules.
Onboard Hospitality & Issue Resolution:
Act as the primary custodian of transparency during the trip. Assist passengers with standard queries, distribute mandatory amenities, handle any invoicing or billing disputes transparently, and manage on-spot tickets or daily cash/digital accounts.
Journey Monitoring: Remain on the bus during the entire trip (shifts typically last 8 to 12 hours of travel time in night) to manage in-bus comfort and report route exceptions or mechanical delays to the center operations team.
