Job Description: Bus Captain

We are looking for dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Bus Captains. This role is central to providing a safe and comfortable travel experience for our passengers across various routes in Tamil Nadu and beyond.

Drive Details

Interview Dates: 24th, 26th & 27th February 2026 (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday)

Interview Time: 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM

Primary Venue: SmartBus Lounge, 29 Jawaharlal Nehru Road, (Opposite Vijayakanth Party Office), Koyambedu, Chennai - 600107.

Note: Candidates for Siruseri locations will be interviewed at the Siruseri location directly.

Role & Responsibilities

Position: Bus Captain

Shift: Night Shift

Work Locations: Koyambedu, Central, Velachery, OMR, Siruseri, Sholinganallur, Tanjore, and Trichy. (Assignment usually based on proximity to candidate's residence).

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed, based on experience).

Stay Bonus: Total of ₹12,000, paid in three installments of ₹4,000 each upon completion of the 2nd, 4th, and 6th months of service.

Additional Perks: Performance-based incentives.
