Job Title: Branch Operations Executive – Logistics

Company: Om Turanth Express (Turanth Logistic Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Pune (Shivajinagar Branch)

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Role:
We are looking for a Branch Operations Executive to manage daily operations at our Pune branch. The role includes handling delivery coordination, customer queries, cash management, and updating logistics software to ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage pre-delivery sheets in the logistics system.
Coordinate door deliveries and shipment dispatch updates.
Confirm cash and online payment receipts from deliveries.
Handle daily cash collections and petty cash management.
Attend customer calls and resolve delivery or shipment queries.
Maintain records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (Hindi / basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / logistics software)
Ability to manage customers and operations efficiently

Qualification: Graduate (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year work experience
