Branch Manager

We are hiring a dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch-level logistics operations, sales, and team management. This role demands strong leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth and profitable functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations (courier, transport, warehousing, dispatch)

• Lead and supervise branch staff: operations, dispatch, sales, customer support

• Achieve branch revenue targets and ensure profitability

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments (FTL, PTL, air, cold chain)

• Monitor inventory, vehicle movement, and warehouse processes

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations

• Generate reports on sales, operations, and KPIs

Requirements:

• 6–10 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Proven team management and branch leadership skills

• Strong customer service and sales orientation

• Familiarity with TMS/WMS and ERP systems

• Good understanding of logistics documentation and compliance (e-way bills, PODs)

Graduate or MBA preferred
