We are looking for a BOPT driver to join our team at at Century Staffing Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Operation: Drive and maneuver the Battery Operated Pallet Truck smoothly through storage aisles, loading bays, and production floors.
Loading and Unloading: Transport raw materials or finished goods to and from delivery trucks, trailers, and storage racks.
Battery Maintenance: Monitor battery charge levels, perform routine charging, and report any electrical or mechanical issues. [1, 2]
Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, maintain low speeds in tight spaces, and use horns at blind corners to keep the workspace safe. [1, 2]
Inventory Tracking: Record material movements and report any damaged goods or shortages to supervisors.
Check the quality of goods before dispatch.
Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.
Monitor and update inventory regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience.
