We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Documentation Executive to manage our distributor-to-client supply chain documentation. You will be responsible for converting sales orders into professional quotations, managing the dispatch process through delivery challans, and ensuring final tax invoices are accurate and compliant with GST or local tax regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–2 years in billing or back-office operations. Freshers with the right skills will also be considered.
Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office Softwares. Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally or Zoho Inventory) will be an added advantage.
Accuracy: High level of precision in data entry to prevent discrepancies in medical supply quantities or batch numbers.
