Auditor

Help monitor and track inventory accuracy and Shipment levels in the Delivery Hubs.
o    Assist with the Hub team with basic forecasting to ensure Smooth handling of shipments movement in the hub
o    Support the Delivery Executive to check the problems and issues.
o    Coordinate with internal teams (e.g.,CS Team, Control Tower team )) to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
o    Maintain and update records for shipping orders  and Escalations.
o    Identify potential bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the supply chain process and suggest basic process improvement measures.
o    Assist in the documentation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for supply chain activities.
•    Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail.
•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
