Store Operations: Support the Store Manager in running daily dark store or quick commerce hub activities.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inward and outward stock movements, maintain stock accuracy, and manage First-In-First-Out (FIFO) along with product expiry checks.
Team Supervision: Oversee pickers, packers, loaders, and floor executives. Manage staff attendance, shift allocations, and day-to-day productivity.
Order Fulfillment & Quality: Ensure fast, accurate order processing and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and resolve operational escalations.
