Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated B.Tech freshers to join our team as Assistant Store Managers. The role involves managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in managing overall store operations and performance
· Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper replenishment
· Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance standards
· Handle billing, POS operations, and basic reporting
· Support in achieving sales targets and store KPIs
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
· Address customer queries and ensure high service standards
Eligibility Criteria
· B.Tech (Recent pass-out / Fresher)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic understanding of operations and retail environment
· Willingness to relocate and work across multiple locations
