Warehouse / Logistics

Reporting To:

Warehouse Supervisor / Shift Incharge

🙏🏻Job Summary:

The MHE Operator is responsible for operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse.

🙏🏻Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation

Operate MHE like forklift, reach truck, hand pallet truck, etc.

Load and unload materials from trucks or containers.

Move goods to designated storage areas.

2. Inventory Handling

Pick, putaway, and replenish stock using MHE.

Ensure correct material handling as per system or instructions.

Assist in stock counting and cycle counts.

3. Safety & Compliance

Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and SOPs.

Conduct daily equipment checks before use.

Report any damage, malfunction, or unsafe conditions.

4. Warehouse Operations Support

Support dispatch and receiving activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Assist in packaging, labeling, or sorting when required.

Skills & Requirements:

Valid license/certification for operating MHE (Forklift/Reach Truck).

Basic understanding of warehouse processes.

Ability to handle physical workload.

Knowledge of safety practices.

Basic reading/writing skills (for labels, system entries).

🙏🏻Experience:

1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations with MHE handling.

Education:

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
