Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage overall Store, Dispatch, and Administration operations of the plant.
Oversee inventory management including raw materials, consumables, finished goods, and spare parts.
Ensure proper inward/outward material handling, stock accuracy, and ERP entries.
Plan and monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, and Logistics teams for smooth operational flow.
Handle transporters, vehicle arrangements, dispatch documentation, e-way bills, and invoicing coordination.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper material storage as per safety and quality standards.
Conduct physical stock verification, inventory audits, and reconciliation activities.
Supervise housekeeping, security, facility management, and general administrative activities.
Manage office administration including vendor coordination, utility management, and statutory compliance support.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.
Lead and manage store, dispatch, and admin teams for efficient day-to-day operations.
Prepare MIS reports related to stock, dispatch, logistics, and administrative activities for management review.
Handle customer dispatch priorities and resolve operational issues effectively.
