Job Title: Accounts & Purchase Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an Accounts & Purchase Executive to handle accounting, procurement, and administrative functions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders (POs), processing Tax Invoices, Vendor Management, Employee Attendance & Wage Records, and accounting entries in Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, process, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs).
Verify and record Tax Invoices, purchase bills, and payment transactions.
Manage vendor onboarding, quotations, negotiations, and vendor communications.
Track purchases and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Handle employee attendance, wage calculations, and related documentation.
Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts in Tally.
Reconcile vendor accounts and bank transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare reports related to purchases, expenses, and payroll records.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices, GST, and TDS.
Experience in Vendor Management and Procurement Processes.
Ability to maintain Attendance and Wage Records.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Experience: 1–5 years preferred
This role is ideal for candidates who can independently manage both accounts and purchase operations while ensuring accurate records and smooth vendor coordination.
