✅ Key Responsibilities

• 👦👧 Childcare & Supervision: Guide and monitor the children’s day-to-day activities, including bathing, dressing, homework, and school routines.

• 📚 Academic Support: Assist students with study schedules, homework, and building good learning habits.

• 🍽️ Daily Routine Management: Ensure children follow a timely and healthy routine (meals, study, play, rest).

• 🧹 Facility Upkeep: Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of Ashram premises (inside and outside).

• 📦 Procurement & Inventory: Manage basic utilities and ensure essential supplies are available.

• ❤️ Emotional Support: Be a mentor, listener, and guardian figure for the children living at the Ashram.

🧩 Ideal Candidate Profile

• ✅ Graduate with 1–6+ years of experience (teaching, hostel/warden management, social work preferred).

• ✅ Must be physically fit, hygienic, and have strong attention to detail.

• ✅ Must be willing to reside full-time at the Ashram (non-negotiable).

• ✅ Should have a caring, patient, and disciplined personality with a deep commitment to child welfare.
