Warden

Job Summary:

The Ladies Hostel Warden is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring safety, discipline, and well-being of all residents. The warden maintains a secure and comfortable living environment and addresses residents’ concerns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all hostel activities and operations

• Ensure safety, security, and discipline within the hostel premises

• Maintain attendance and records of all residents

• Handle admissions, room allotments, and vacating procedures

• Enforce hostel rules and regulations

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the hostel

• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff

• Ensure proper food quality and mess management (if applicable)

• Handle emergencies and provide immediate support when required

• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 10th Class in any discipline (preferred)

• Experience in hostel management or similar role is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle conflicts and maintain discipline

• Responsible, trustworthy, and approachable personality

• It is a Full Time Ward Boy job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
