Key Responsibilities

Assist patients in moving between wards, OPD, OT, diagnostic areas, and discharge points.
Help patients with basic needs such as positioning, mobility, and comfort under nursing supervision.
Transport medical equipment, reports, samples, and supplies as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, wards, and common areas.
Assist nursing staff during patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Shift patients on wheelchairs, stretchers, and hospital beds safely.
Ensure availability of required supplies in the ward.
Follow infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.
Respond promptly to patient and staff requests.
Assist in handling biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines.
Support emergency situations and patient transportation when required.
Report any maintenance, cleanliness, or patient-related concerns to the supervisor.
