Job Summary:
The Warden is responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hostel/residential facility. The role ensures discipline, safety, cleanliness, and a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily hostel/residential activities
Ensure discipline and adherence to rules and regulations by residents
Maintain attendance and records of residents
Handle resident grievances and resolve issues promptly
Ensure safety and security within the premises
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff
Manage allocation of rooms and occupancy records
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation standards
Monitor entry/exit of residents and visitors
Handle emergencies and report incidents to higher management
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 2–5 years in hostel management / facility management / administration preferred
Experience in healthcare or institutional setup is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, record keeping)
Working Conditions:
