💰 Salary Cycle / वेतन चक्र / पगार सायकल

• 1st to 15th working period salary will be credited on 25th.

• 1 से 15 तारीख तक का वेतन 25 तारीख को जमा होगा।

• 1 ते 15 तारखेपर्यंतचा पगार 25 तारखेला जमा होईल।

• 16th to 30th/31st working period salary will be credited between 10th to 12th of the next month.

• 16 से 30/31 तारीख तक का वेतन अगले महीने की 10 से 12 तारीख के बीच जमा होगा।

• 16 ते 30/31 तारखेपर्यंतचा पगार पुढील महिन्याच्या 10 ते 12 तारखेदरम्यान जमा होईल।

💳 TDS Deduction Rules / टीडीएस नियम / टीडीएस नियम

• If your Aadhaar Card is linked with PAN Card, 1% TDS will be deducted from your salary.

• यदि आपका आधार कार्ड पैन कार्ड से लिंक है तो आपकी सैलरी से 1% टीडीएस कटेगा।

• तुमचे आधार कार्ड पॅन कार्डशी लिंक असल्यास पगारातून 1% टीडीएस कापला जाईल.

• If your Aadhaar Card is not linked with PAN Card, 20% TDS will be deducted from your salary.

• यदि आपका आधार कार्ड पैन कार्ड से लिंक नहीं है तो आपकी सैलरी से 20% टीडीएस कटेगा।

• तुमचे आधार कार्ड पॅन कार्डशी लिंक नसल्यास पगारातून 20% टीडीएस कापला जाईल.

• TDS amount can be claimed back by filing Income Tax Return (ITR). Company will provide TDS Certificate when required.

• टीडीएस की राशि आयकर रिटर्न (ITR) भरकर वापस प्राप्त की जा सकती है। कंपनी आवश्यकतानुसार टीडीएस प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान करेगी।

• टीडीएसची रक्कम आयकर विवरणपत्र (ITR) भरून परत मिळवता येते. कंपनी आवश्यकतेनुसार टीडीएस प्रमाणपत्र देईल.

📋 Background Verification Charges / बैकग्राउंड वेरिफिकेशन शुल्क / पार्श्वभूमी पडताळणी शुल्क

• A one-time Background Verification charge of ₹300 will be deducted from your first salary only.

• ₹300 का एक बार का बैकग्राउंड वेरिफिकेशन शुल्क केवल पहली सैलरी से काटा जाएगा।

• ₹300 चे एकदाच पार्श्वभूमी पडताळणी शुल्क फक्त पहिल्या पगारातून कापले जाईल.

• After that, only applicable TDS deduction will be done.

• उसके बाद केवल लागू टीडीएस कटौती की जाएगी।

• त्यानंतर फक्त लागू असलेली टीडीएस कपात केली जाईल.
