Construction Supervisor
We are looking for a seasoned, detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to join our team. If you’re the kind of person who can read a blueprint like a map to buried treasure, manage a crew without breaking a sweat, and keep a site running like a well-oiled machine, we want to talk to you.
As the backbone of our on-site operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and—most importantly—safely.
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Leadership: Directing daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and managing labor to ensure the project moves forward efficiently.
Quality Control: Inspecting work in progress to ensure it meets our high standards and matches the approved architectural plans.
Safety Enforcement: Championing a "safety-first" culture. You’ll be the primary enforcer of OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
Schedule Management: Monitoring timelines and adjusting workflows to prevent bottlenecks or delays.
Resource Allocation: Tracking materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure nothing runs out (and nothing goes to waste).
Problem Solving: Addressing on-site conflicts, technical issues, and unforeseen weather or supply chain hurdles with a level head.
Requirements & Qualifications
CriteriaMinimum RequirementExperience3–5+ years in construction supervision or site management.EducationHigh School Diploma (required); Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).CertificationsValid Driver's License and OSHA 30-Hour certification.Technical SkillsProficient in reading blueprints, CAD drawings, and using project management software.Soft SkillsStrong verbal communication, conflict resolution, and "thick skin" for the job site.
