फिटडील्स हेल्थकेयर को पेशेंट केयर स्टाफ (GDA / अटेंडेंट) की आवश्यकता है, जो अस्पताल में भर्ती मरीजों या घर पर इलाज करा रहे मरीजों की दैनिक देखभाल, स्वच्छता और मूवमेंट में सहायता कर सके।

यह भूमिका डॉक्टरों और नर्सों के सहयोग से मरीज की सुविधा, सुरक्षा और सम्मान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

मरीज को चलने-फिरने, उठाने-बिठाने और पोजिशन बदलने में सहायता
डायपर बदलना, नहलाना, कपड़े बदलना और दैनिक स्वच्छता कार्य
मरीज की दैनिक दिनचर्या (खाना, आराम, मूवमेंट) में सहयोग
मरीज की स्थिति पर नज़र रखना और बदलाव की सूचना नर्स/परिवार को देना
अस्पताल में नर्सों और डॉक्टरों को बेसिक केयर कार्यों में सहयोग
मरीज को वार्ड, ऑपरेशन थिएटर और डायग्नोस्टिक रूम तक ले जाने में सहायता
मरीज के बिस्तर, कपड़े और उपयोग की वस्तुओं की सफाई बनाए रखना
मेडिकल वेस्ट और इस्तेमाल किए गए सामान को निर्देशानुसार संभालना
मरीज के साथ सम्मानजनक, धैर्यपूर्ण और संवेदनशील व्यवहार रखना

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ (Job Requirements)

न्यूनतम योग्यता: 8वीं / 10वीं पास (अनुभव को प्राथमिकता)
फ्रेशर और अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं
शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और स्वच्छ
मरीजों के साथ काम करने की इच्छा
अस्पताल या होम केयर वातावरण में काम करने के लिए तैयार
निर्देशों का पालन करने की क्षमता
