Cleaning Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Utility Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant/café. The ideal candidate should be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting the kitchen team, and ensuring a hygienic and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations.

• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, washrooms, and other assigned areas.

• Assist the kitchen staff with basic preparation and support tasks as required.

• Dispose of waste and ensure proper garbage segregation.

• Refill cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

• Support opening and closing cleaning duties.

• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

• Assist other team members during busy operational hours.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or cloud kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Honest, disciplined, and a good team player.

• It is a Full Time Ward Boy job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
