Waiter

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our outlet operations team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their requirements, take orders accurately, and ensure a positive dining experience.

2. Order Processing and Billing: Handle customer orders, billing, and payments accurately through the POS system.

3. Food Preparation and Service: Assist in food preparation and serve products according to company standards and SOPs.

4. Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across the outlet.

5. Outlet Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, counters, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.

6. Inventory Management: Support stock handling, storage, replenishment, and reporting of shortages to the reporting manager.

7. Team Coordination: Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak business hours.

8. SOP Compliance: Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.

9. Customer Feedback: Handle basic customer queries politely and escalate complaints to the supervisor or manager when required.

10. Sales and Service Support: Support promotional activities, suggest products to customers, and contribute to outlet sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above preferred.

• Freshers can apply; prior experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality is an advantage.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
