Job Responsibilities

Pre-Prepare veg momos & dumplings (steamed & fried) with consistent taste and speed
Manage daily food cart operations independently
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Handle customer orders and basic cash management
Control raw material usage and reduce wastage

Requirements

Experience in momo/dumpling making will add advantage.
Ability to manage the food outlet independently
Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Prior street food/food outlet experience preferred
