Waiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences

• Provide prompt, attentive, and friendly service to all guests

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, utensils, and glassware

• Check guests’ identification and ensure legal drinking age is met

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the POS system

• Maintain knowledge of bar menu and offer suggestions to guests

• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Monitor guest behavior and intervene as necessary in cases of intoxication

• Work collaboratively with other team members (servers, kitchen staff, etc.)

• It is a Full Time Waiter / Steward job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
