Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable and service-oriented Waiter to join our Executive Lounge team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining high hygiene standards, and ensuring a premium lounge experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages as per lounge service standards
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Handle guest queries and complaints politely
Maintain grooming and presentation standards at all times

Requirements

Minimum 1–6 years of experience in hospitality (lounge/restaurant preferred)
Good communication skills (English , Hindi & Tamil preferred)
Presentable personality with positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to work in rotational shifts
