मेहमानों को उच्च-गुणवत्ता वाली खाना और पेय पदार्थ सर्विस देना

लाउंज सर्विस स्टैंडर्ड और SOPs बनाए रखना

मेहमानों के अनुरोध, फीडबैक और शिकायतों को पेशेवर तरीके से संभालना

हाइजीन, साफ-सफाई और सर्विस की तैयारी सुनिश्चित करना

किचन और सर्विस टीमों के साथ तालमेल बिठाना

पीक आवर्स के दौरान सुपरवाइजर को सपोर्ट करना
