Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with enthusiasm and a smile
Guide families through our play zones and facilities
Explain activities, offers, and safety rules clearly
Assist with ticketing, billing, and customer queries
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the play areas
Support in organizing birthday parties and special events
Handle feedback and escalate concerns as needed
Requirements:
0 months – 2 years of experience in hospitality/retail (Freshers with good communication are welcome)
Friendly and confident with excellent communication skills
Energetic, child-friendly, and well-groomed
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer and billing knowledge preferred
